Why God Is A Daily Essential – Your Daily Inspirational Bible Verses

God is a daily essential in my life because I’ve tried the word and it works. I can say for sure that there is a God in heaven because when I read the scriptures and pray, I get results. My life hasn’t been a bed of roses but of thorns and thistles that I later discovered were creating a beautiful rose. During that time of discovery, I’ve gone through being in the foster care system, becoming a teen mom, being a high school dropout, and going through a divorce. Sounds tragic, I know. However, it was God that brought me through all of those situations and made it possible for me to overcome the hurdles in my life.

It was the grace of God that I didn’t lose my mind. It was the grace of God that I was able to see that my life had value, finish my master’s degree, build a business, and overcome the obstacles that I’d been faced with. I’m not perfect by any strech of the imagination, but after all I’ve been through, and I’m still able to smile and accomplish something in this life, I know there’s a GOD!

If there’s a time, more than ever, that we need to pray, it’s now. There are many things happening such as a worldwide pandemic, the war in Ukraine, economic collapse, and so much more. But, whether you believe in God or not, you’ve got to agree that faith in something bigger than what’s happening is needed. This is the time when humanity needs all the prayer, encouragement, and resources that we can get.

Your Daily Inspirational Bible Verses was created back in 2017. It was just one of the ways that I was able to hold myself accountable for spending time in my word and making sure I understood the messages conveyed during that time. I later realized that some subjects didn’t settle with me in 1-day, but it was the studies over time that brought me the understanding needed to apply the concepts to my life and actually post about them. Now, I don’t focus on posting daily, but rather posting as I understand. This year’s study will be on the Fruits of the Spirit, and What is Love. (They will be coming soon). However, until then, you can access the past studies below.

Your Daily Inspirational Bible Verses Episode 4 – How To Have Faith That Moves Mountains. Scripture: “But he must ask in faith, without doubting, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea blown and tossed by the wind” (James 1:6). I can’t help but think about a testimony of the late Paul & Jan Crouch founders of Trinity Broadcasting Network. They had sold all of their possessions to start TBN as they perceived it was what God had called them to do. They sold their home, cars, and cashed in all their assets because God had shown them a network that would proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ across the air-ways. This was a global movement. Yet, they testified that they were faced with obstacle after obstacle causing them to pray day and night. Jan had described her knees as being bloody for how much they prayed for God to move obstacles standing in the way of the TBN launch. One of the biggest obstacles that Paul and Jan faced was a literal mountain. There was a mountain blocking the airway for their station to connect and receive reception to stream the network around the world. Yet, Paul and Jan crouch prayed and asked God to move that mountain so that they could stream the gospel around the world. AND guess what “ya’ll” God did it!
